Cancelling an Order

Ultra Pure does not accept verbal agreements or verbal cancellations. All agreements and/or cancellations must be submitted in writing and received and accepted by the company.  We accept written cancellations within 3 business days of your order date.  You may find the order date at the top of your sales order ticket receipt.  To cancel your order simply sign the cancellation area on the back of your receipt and mail to our office or fax your cancellation to us at 973-748-1443 attention Sales Administration.  Please keep receipt of fax transmission for your records.  Please note if mailing your cancellation it must be postmarked by the third business day from the date of your order.

Cancel your annual Automatic Filter Replacement (AFR) & Maintenance Program

Ultra Pure does not accept verbal agreements or verbal cancellations. All agreements and/or cancellations must be submitted in writing and received and accepted by the company. All cancellations received will go towards future shipments only. Written cancellations within 30 days of current term expiring will be honored. You may fax your cancellation to (973) 748-1443 attention to Customer Service Department or email us at admin@ultrapure.net. Please keep the receipt of transmission/email for your records. A cancellation fee may apply.*

*There is a $70 fee to cancel the AFR program on our water filtration systems. The installation cost is waived if you choose to enroll in our AFR program at time of purchase. For those customers who do not enroll at time of purchase, $70 is added to the sale price to cover installation charges. For that reason, if you choose to cancel the program, you are now subject to the $70 initial installation cost and this will be collected as the cancellation fee.

*There is no fee to cancel AFR on our air filtration systems, because there is no installation required for those units.
